Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients.
• Ensure patient flow by assisting patients in a timely manner.
• Obtain patient information, doctor information and enter requisitions that accompany specimens to the lab.
• Contact doctors for any missing information when needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) and only access it when required to fulfill job duties.
• Work in a hospital‑based laboratory environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).

Skills

Pay

Base hourly pay: $16.39 to $18.03 per hour.

Schedule

Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Work shift: 1st shift (Day).
