About the role
As a Poker Tournament Registration Clerk, you’ll be the first point of contact for tournament players, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. You’ll manage player registrations, process entry and registration fees, and ensure all tournament details are handled with accuracy and professionalism. With your friendly demeanor and attention to detail, you’ll help create a smooth and welcoming registration process that keeps our players coming back. In this important role, you’ll play a key part in our mission to own the guest experience and create WOW memories that last far beyond their stay with us.
Responsibilities
- Issue seating assignments for major poker events
- Greet customers as they enter the tournament area
- Accept registration and entry fees for tournament players
- Answer questions for guests
- Transfer entry and registration fees to casino cage for accounting
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of poker tournament registration software
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Pay
$14.00 per hour
Schedule
The Heater Poker Tournament runs from Wednesday, January 6, 2027 through Monday, January 18, 2027.
