Registration Clerk - Kapiolani Medical Center

Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients.
• Absorb and ensure patient flow by assisting patients in a timely manner.
• Obtain patient information, doctor information, and enter requisitions that accompany specimens to the lab.
• Contact doctors for any missing information when needed.

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Excellent computer skills, required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, required.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills, required.

• Base hourly pay: $16.39 to $18.03 hourly.
