About the Role

Registration staff greet patients and visitors, creating a friendly atmosphere while collecting necessary visit information and performing clerical duties. They ensure efficient registration, financial transactions, and patient safety procedures, such as identity validation and documentation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete check-in and admission processes
• Handle insurance validation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of patient rights, HIPAA, and basic medical terminology
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Occasional repetitive motions
