Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience typically gained through skills/ knowledge / abilities of related experience
  • Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, internet, order processing, practice management, patient registration, and relational database software
  • Knowledge of best practice medical office management applications
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and financial documents

Skills

  • Leadership and guidance to clerical team members
  • Serves as a point of contact for Providers in identifying and escalating operational issues
  • Manages productivity, performance and quality metrics
  • Performs the roles of Associate, Intermediate and Senior Registrar roles when necessary
  • Participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures
  • Completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis

Main shift will be afternoons 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., but will need to flex to other shifts based on the department need. Position will support the Taylor hospital. Weekly Scheduled Hours 40 Hours of Work Rotating Days Worked Variable Weekend Frequency Every other weekend
