- Handle inquiries from students and parents regarding academic matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in higher education administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with student information systems (SIS)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
