Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations
• Support staff development
• Ensure exceptional care for every resident
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families to deliver resident-centered care

Requirements

• In-state Registered Nurse License in good standing
• Expertise in geriatric or subacute nursing
• Proficiency in medication and treatment administration
• In-depth knowledge of COMAR and CMS guidelines
• Familiarity with Office of Health Care Quality standards
• Proven track record of positive leadership
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to partner effectively with team members
• Talent for coaching and counseling direct reports
• Tech Savvy
• Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Proficient computer skills
• Able to navigate and utilize EMR systems efficiently
