Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Night Shift

About the role

Responsible for delivering complex respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, and patient assessment in critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerosolized treatments, airway management, arterial blood gas analysis, and invasive/non-invasive procedures
• Educate patients and support staff
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans
• Ensure patient safety and quality care through adherence to protocols and performance improvement initiatives
• Responsible for patient documentation and education
• Support a team-oriented environment
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and code of conduct

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least an associate’s degree
• Current NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• 0-2 years clinical experience with a minimum of 6 months in critical care
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills
• Ability to establish professional relationships with team members
