Night Shift Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

About the Role

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care, including patient assessments, critical care support in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, equipment maintenance, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments
• Execute respiratory care protocols and procedures
• Provide critical care support in adult care areas
• Conduct blood gas analysis
• Maintain respiratory equipment
• Educate patients on respiratory care

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
• Previous experience in respiratory care or successful completion of department-specific orientation with skills validation
• Registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• State licensure under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
• Active practice and maintenance of all required competencies
