Responsibilities
- Performs respiratory procedures
- Consults with physicians on therapy effectiveness
- Utilizes various respiratory care devices
Qualifications
- Graduate of CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC
Skills
- No prior experience required
- Preferred certifications: ACLS and PALS (for ER roles)
- Physical ability to handle equipment and perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, and crouching
- Critical care experience preferred
- Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and minimal kneeling or crouching
