Location: Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, GA
Status: Full time 36 hours night shift

Responsibilities
- Performs patient assessments
- Performs general and critical care respiratory care procedures
- Performs respiratory care for newborns in Labor and Delivery
- Performs blood gas analysis and interpretation
- Performs maintenance and management of equipment
- Provides patient and family education in both adult and neonatal areas
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required
- Work Experience: Previous working experience in Neonatal Respiratory care, or successful completion of department specific orientation including skills validation of competencies for the duties and responsibilities of this level Required
Licenses and Certifications
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care and licensed by the State Board of Medical Examiners Upon Hire Required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
- ACLS Upon Hire Required
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required
