Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time Nights

About the role

Provide direct respiratory care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and therapy, within hospital guidelines. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as ventilator support, bronchoscopies, and ECMO. Apply advanced clinical expertise and serve as a resource to the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team
• Educating patients, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and procedures
• Prioritizing and managing multiple duties with effective time management
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with quality and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Licenses and certifications including Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, and Basic Life Support
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
• No prior experience required
