About the Role

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures, assess patient needs, and develop care plans.

• Apply advanced clinical skills including critical care support such as ECMO, ventilator management, and bronchoscopies.
• Communicate effectively within the healthcare team, ensuring safe, developmentally appropriate patient care while adhering to regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and RRT certification.
• BLS certification.
• No prior experience required; preferred candidates may hold a Bachelor's degree.
