Registered Respiratory Therapist - Full-Time

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in respiratory therapy based on physicians' orders, acting as a resource for medical staff. Performs duties as assigned and consults with physicians on therapy effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory procedures and operate respiratory equipment
• Assess and consult on therapy effectiveness with physicians

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
• Current RCP license
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• PALS certification required for ER roles
• Physical capability to push, pull, grip, kneel, crouch, and crawl with up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in critical care
• ACLS certification preferred
