About the role
Position starts ASAP and lasts 13 weeks. Shift is from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services under the direction of a physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patient's condition and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Licensed to practice in Arkansas.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- Experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
