Our organization includes Campbell County Memorial Hospital, a 90-bed acute care community hospital in Gillette; Campbell County Medical Group, featuring nearly 20 specialty and primary care clinics—including locations in Wright and Hulett; and The Legacy Living & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance with the initiation, maintenance, billing, and completion of the admission and discharge process.
• Encourages cost savings for the department and organization.
• Exhibits excellent customer service.
• Responsible for EMR documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality of all personnel and patient care information.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
• Maintains professional standards, completes required continuing education/certificates.
• Responds to after hour call back.
• Performs decontamination of equipment assembly and calibration.
• Affords assistance with patient and family education.
• Performs a full range of diagnostic and treatment/medication modalities within the scope of practice.
• RTs who provide coverage for the Sleep Center must maintain 10 sleep related CEUs per calendar year.
• Must be free from governmental sanctions involving health care and/or financial practices.
• Complies with the hospital’s Corporate Compliance Program including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct, laws and regulations, and hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Education: High school graduate, a graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory School; credentialed by NBRC or Co ARCLicensure: Required Wyoming Respiratory Care Practitioner LicenseExperience: None.Certifications required: See Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification Policy and Certifications/Education Requirements Policy.
