Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

Role Overview: This position is a dedicated float occupational therapist providing direct rehab care across multiple healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor personalized treatment plans, establish and assess goals, oversee therapy staff, document progress accurately, and utilize therapy software effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Certified by NBCOT, licensed in the state, with preferred experience but welcoming new graduates. Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, professionalism, and adherence to laws and organizational policies are essential. Additional Duties: Participate in community health initiatives, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain confidentiality, demonstrate good body mechanics, and provide outstanding patient service. Must be able to perform physical activities required for the role and maintain dependable attendance.
