Registered Nurse - Women's Services

Role: Manages women's services activities, workflow, and nursing resources in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities: Collects and analyzes health data to develop individualized care plans for women and newborns; coordinates care delivery promoting woman-, newborn-, and family-centered care; evaluates progress towards outcomes; ensures ethical decision-making respecting cultural diversity; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team; serves as a mentor and role model; integrates evidence-based practices to improve care quality; evaluates nursing practices; maintains a safe and healthy environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; licensure as a registered nurse in the respective state; BLS and ALS or equivalent certifications; knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices; strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Duties: Providing holistic care, supporting patient outcomes, mentoring staff, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Performs related duties as assigned.
