Position: Registered Nurse - Weekends Location: Elmhurst, IL Type: Part-time Hours: 7p to 7a on Saturdays & Sundays, minimal call required Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to ensure quality patient outcomesAssess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and plan/evaluate careMonitor patient progress and document observations accuratelyDelegate appropriate tasks to staff membersCollaborate effectively as part of a healthcare team Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN within 5 years)Current Illinois RN licensureCPR certification (BLS) from AHA or ARCACLS and PALS certifications required within ninety days of employment Key Attributes Critical thinking and assessment skillsTeam-oriented mindset and excellent communicationAbility to delegate tasks appropriately
