Registered Nurse - Weekend Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Weekends Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care by assessing patient conditions, recognizing deviations, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and documenting observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Duties may vary based on the assigned unit or shift. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in nursing or higher (BSN required within 5 years)Current Illinois RN licensureCPR certification (BLS) from American Heart Association or Red CrossACLS and PALS certifications within ninety days of start dateCritical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills Key Duties: Render quality patient care during weekend night shifts, with minimal call requirements, ensuring safety and compliance.
