Registered Nurse - Weekend Nights - NICU

Role Overview

Provides specialized nursing care in a Level III NICU, focusing on family-centered practices in a 35-bed unit with single-room setup.

Responsibilities

• Deliver neonatal care to critically ill infants, including resuscitation and stabilization.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Occasionally float to Peds/PICU, SCN, and Mother Baby units as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree required within five years if only an Associate Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Level III/IV NICU setting.
• Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, and NRP certification (within six months).
