Responsibilities

• Perform tuck-in duties with precision and thoroughness
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during the tuck-in process
• Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and families
• Tailor care to meet individual patient needs and preferences
• Document all activities accurately and in a timely manner
