Registered Nurse - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide patient-centered care, addressing physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Coordinate care across departments and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and patient rights.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate proficiency with clinical equipment and procedures, including specimen testing and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license or temporary permit and CPR certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: prior experience in acute care or ambulatory settings and additional certifications.
