Registered Nurse Unit Manager RN | $10,000 Sign On Bonus
The Unit Manager is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24‑hour operation and ensuring consistent, quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the nursing team, including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and serve as a resource person for clinical issues.
- Ensure completion of requested reports (e.g., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
- Foster a positive, healthy environment through kind words and encouragement so residents can heal and thrive.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
- Current CPR‑BLS certification.
- High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to complex well‑being problems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.

Pay
Starting salary $86,000 per year (up to $90,000) plus a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.
