About the role
Join an emergency department team as an experienced RN, providing critical patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.
- Coordinating care across departments and evaluating care effectiveness.
- Working alongside a dedicated team in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center with specialized units including Pediatric ED, Burn Center, and Behavioral Health.
- Participating in specialized programs such as the Emergency Trauma Center Nursing Fellowship.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
- Hospital-based experience; one year in Emergency Department preferred.
- Certifications including AHA Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC, with courses completed within specified timeframes.
