Qualifications include a graduate of an approved nursing school, current RN licensure, hospital-based experience (preferably in emergency care), and certifications such as AHA Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC. Skills required are critical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
