Registered Nurse - Trauma Level 1 ED - Mid-shift - FT

Join our Emergency Department as an Experienced RN! Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for coordinating care, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring the effectiveness of care provided. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and uphold professional standards aligned with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center and regional Burn Center.Work in a dynamic ED environment with 70 treatment areas, including specialized trauma and pediatric units.Participate in a full-time Emergency Trauma Center Nursing Fellowship to enhance skills.Support diverse patient needs, from minor illnesses to life-threatening injuries. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Current RN licensure in Missouri or a valid temporary permit.Hospital-based experience, with preferred one year in Emergency Department.Certifications in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC, with courses completed within specified timeframes.
