About the role
The Transplant Coordinator Nurse coordinates care for transplant patients, collaborating with patients, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to assess needs across the care continuum. They provide education to patients and families, interpret patient data, and ensure adherence to standards such as ANA, UNOS, and FACT guidelines.

Requirements
- Baccalaureate nursing degree from an accredited program
- At least 1 year of clinical RN experience (3 years preferred)
- Licensure as an RN and BLS certification prior to employment
- Certification as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator or Nurse required within three years of hire
- Additional specialty certifications as needed

Schedule
Full-time, nonexempt position with daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
