Registered Nurse (RN) - Transplant Coordinator

Role: The transplant coordinator is an RN responsible for coordinating care for transplant patients, living donors, and their families. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate medical, surgical, financial, psychosocial, nutritional, and pharmaceutical evaluations; provide education and support; advocate for patients; serve as a case manager throughout all transplant phases; ensure accurate documentation and communication within the multidisciplinary team; participate in quality improvement activities; ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; RN license (multi-state or single state); BLS certification; associate's or bachelor's nursing degree preferred; computer literacy, strong organization, and communication skills required.
