About the role
Come and join our fast-paced Cardiology Unit! Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to work 7am–7:30pm. The Telemetry Unit provides a comprehensive team approach to medical nursing and psychosocial needs of patients and families. The nursing ratio of 1:4–5 allows the patient’s physical, psychological, and social needs to be addressed. The Telemetry Unit is comprised of Medical, Cardiology, and Intermediate Care patients. Common diagnoses include CHF, Cardiac Dysrhythmias, Acute Coronary Syndrome, Myocardial Infarction, Pacemakers, and Cardiac effusions. Nurses will care for patients Pre/Post Cardioversions, Cardiac Catheterization, and Stress Tests.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of.
- Related Work Experience: Minimum of 15 months RN working experience.
Licensure, Certification or Registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Active NJ RN license required.

Pay
Salary Range: $49.96 – $68.99/Hourly. As part of their job offer, successful candidates are provided a specific rate, taking into consideration various factors including experience and education.
