About the Role
The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practices. They collaborate with patients, families, and team members to coordinate care, promote safety, and improve outcomes. The nurse practices in accordance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, serving as a preceptor or mentor to support workforce development. They participate in performance improvement, research, and protocol development to enhance care quality.
Responsibilities

- Adhere to professional standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Less than one year of clinical experience (preferred but not required).
Qualifications
- Preference for higher education in nursing or related field.
