About the Role

Join our team as a full-time, night shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Registered Nurse, responsible for coordinating safe patient care for diverse populations under the guidance of the Nurse Director/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs.
• Develop and revise care plans.
• Delegate tasks to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing.
• Current Kansas RN licensure.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, oncology) required based on specialty, all to be completed within the first year.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Recent healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
