About the role
Full-time, night shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Registered Nurse providing safe and coordinated patient care across diverse populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient and family needs
- Develop and prioritize care plans
- Evaluate care delivery and revise plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs
- Delegate tasks appropriately to optimize outcomes
- Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Current Kansas RN licensure
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or oncology may be required based on patient needs
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Over one year of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
