About the Role
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you’ll make an impact as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing care tailored to patients' diagnoses. Opportunities include:
- Telemetry / Step Down unit: Care for high-acuity patients transitioning to/from ICU with low RN-to-patient ratios, ideal for advancing toward critical care.
- Clinical Decision Unit (CDU): Work with diverse patient populations from the ER, building clinical skills and leadership experience across hospital areas.
- Telemetry/Oncology unit: Focus on oncology care, including hospice, with full MLH-paid certification and IV/drip skills training.
- Telemetry/Cardiac unit: Specialize in cardiac care, including education for patients with congestive heart failure, stroke, or post-cardiac procedures, with rotations for geriatric care.
- Medical Surgical / Telemetry / Orthopedic unit: Gain experience in general admissions, telemetry, and orthopedic recovery.
Career Development
- Pursue certifications or advanced degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, Ph.D., DNP) with up to $6,000/year in tuition reimbursement.

Requirements
- One year of recent acute care nurse experience (telemetry experience preferred)
- RN Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred)
- PA RN license
- Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross preferred)
- NRP certification preferred
