This registered nurse position in the 9B-Cardiac department involves providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and organizational training.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of department policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Apply basic skills to meet care standards.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• New graduate or licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preference for a BSN.
• Not currently participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.

Skills

• CPR certification required.
• Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS provided as needed.

Benefits

• 72 hours bi-weekly.
• Operates during day shift hours (6:30 am – 7:00 pm).
