Registered Nurse Team Lead - Pulmonary/Med Surgical - RN

The RN Team Leader plays a key leadership role on the nursing unit, collaborating with management to plan and coordinate daily activities. Responsibilities include delegating patient care based on skill, experience, and patient acuitydeveloping staff through teaching and preceptingparticipating in quality improvement, committee work, and evidence-based practicecoordinating nursing care, patient/family education, and transitions of caresupporting professional nursing practice across settings The role requires a baccalaureate degree in Nursing, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of RN experience in a relevant settingexperience working in teams, leadership, critical thinking, and adaptabilitycomputer proficiency and specialty certifications as needed The position is full-time, nonexempt, with flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
