Role: Medical-Surgical Pulmonary Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care for adults with respiratory and medical-surgical needs on a day-shift unit.Assess patient conditions upon admission and each shift.Administer and monitor medications and treatments.Carry out provider orders accurately and document care thoroughly.Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care.Communicate changes in patient status promptly to the care team.Collaborate with healthcare team to support safe discharges and positive health outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current nursing license and relevant experience in medical-surgical and pulmonary care.Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Attention to detail in documentation and medication administration.
