About the role
Join a dynamic medical-surgical team as a Registered Nurse specializing in adult patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge procedures.
- Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions to ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership Role
- Act as Charge Nurse during scheduled shifts, providing supervision and support to staff.
- Work within a rotating schedule to ensure consistent coverage and leadership presence.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
- Current valid RN license in the appropriate state or Multi-State/Compact license.
- One year of medical-surgical or acute care experience preferred.
