About the role

Join a dynamic medical-surgical team as a Registered Nurse specializing in adult patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge procedures.
  • Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions to ensure safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership Role

  • Act as Charge Nurse during scheduled shifts, providing supervision and support to staff.
  • Work within a rotating schedule to ensure consistent coverage and leadership presence.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
  • Current valid RN license in the appropriate state or Multi-State/Compact license.
  • One year of medical-surgical or acute care experience preferred.
