About the role
Providing direct patient care in a complex, fast-paced ICU environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level nursing care utilizing evidence-based practices and the nursing process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality at the point of care.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare staff and students.
- Support specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure.
- Minimum of 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
