Registered Nurse - Surgical Services
About the role
The OR Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, patient-centered perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical experience while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe, sterile environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and support OR Technicians and ancillary staff.
- Participate in quality improvement, staff education, and unit initiatives.
- Promote efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Current and valid state RN License. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on the job training.
Qualifications
Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Pay
$36.00 to $49.16 per hour.
