About the role
This full‑time night‑shift position is within the Surgical Step‑down department at a hospital. The nurse will implement and monitor patient care plans, communicate patient conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and execute physician and nursing orders. The role also includes assessing discharge needs and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions.
Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
- Active Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a current multi‑state license
- Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure
