Registered Nurse - Surgical Intermediate Care

About the Role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based post-operative care to patients with complex surgical and medical needs in the Surgical Intermediate Care unit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs to ensure patient stability
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and care teams in a diverse, inclusive environment

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Experience in surgical or medical-surgical nursing preferred
• Strong clinical skills, including telemetry monitoring and medication administration
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
