Registered Nurse - Surgical Intermediate Care

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans
• Executing physician and nursing orders accurately
• Assessing and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a valid multi-state/Compact State license
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure
