Registered Nurse - Surgical Care Unit - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Surgical Care Unit Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Duties may vary by shift or unit. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; at least 1+ year of RN experience in an inpatient setting required. Must hold current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification (American Heart Association or BLS). Associate degree holders must obtain a Bachelor's in Nursing within five years. Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, and adherence to nursing standards.
