About the role

Registered Nurse in a General Medical/Surgical Unit, responsible for providing safe, compassionate care to diverse patient populations through planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including nurses and physicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Deliver safe nursing care, coordinate with team members, and contribute to patient recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Candidates with a Diploma are grandfathered
• Those with an Associate Degree must obtain a Bachelor's within five years of employment

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• At least one year of inpatient nursing experience (preferred)
