Position: Registered Nurse - Surgical Care Unit Location: Naperville Hours: Nights, 7:00pm-7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74/hour, based on experience Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Utilize critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as a team to meet unit goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred)At least 1 year of RN experience in an inpatient settingCurrent Illinois RN license and CPR certification Skills: Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities, teamwork, delegation, and adherence to regulations. Key Duties: Deliver safe, effective nursing care, monitor patient status, record observations, and participate in team efforts to ensure quality care. Duties may vary by unit or shift.
