Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor)

Encore Parkside is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor for 3pm -11pm to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality resident care. This role supports the Director of Nursing (DON), admissions and oversees nursing staff, regulatory compliance, and resident safety during assigned shifts. The RN Supervisor is accountable for maintaining standards of care, guiding the team, and ensuring smooth overnight operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shiftConduct rounds and monitor changes in resident conditionEnsure accurate documentation, medication administration, and physician order follow-throughReview and complete incident and medication error reportsPerform chart audits and compliance checksMaintain infection control and regulatory standardsCommunicate effectively with physicians, families, and leadershipParticipate in on-call rotation as requiredSupport Quality Assurance and performance improvement initiatives Qualifications Active Delaware RN License or Compact (Multi-State) RN License requiredMinimum 2 years RN experience (long-term care preferred)Prior supervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of SNF regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Encore Parkside?
