About the role
RN Supervisor for Patient Logistics for the RN team at the Atrium Health Mobile Medicine - Care Coordination Center.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate patient logistics for the RN team.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Manage staff schedules and resources effectively.
- Facilitate communication between nursing staff and other departments.
- Assist in the resolution of patient care issues and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with patient logistics and coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$38.20 - $66.25 base compensation based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
