Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor registered nurses in providing quality care to residents.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resident care.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new staff members.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an RN Registered Nurse Supervisor preferred.
• Current RN License IND456.
