About the role
Silver Springs Care Center is currently seeking full-time Supervisors (Monday-Friday) and a weekend Baylor Supervisor. Sign-on or Baylor bonus for those that qualify!
Responsibilities
- Oversight, coordination, assignment, direction, and prioritization of nursing staff work
- Ensure efficient operation of the nursing unit

Qualifications
- Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut
- One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required
- Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required
